Our BestaPower systems provide compressed air, electrical power, and digital data, primarily for use in assembly shops that rely on hand tools. These systems are also used in partially automated working processes. Additionally, they include tool carriers and tool transporters, allowing workstations to move along the production line as needed.

Why choose BestaPower?
The tapping valve and carriage technology is unique on the market and enables creation of unlimited workspaces and circular applications, because there is no hose or energy chain connection required.
What cost saving potential does BestaPower offer?
With integrated compressed air pipes in the A62, W5 and A180 profiles, there is no need for additional compressed air tubing at the assembly line. A support distance up to 6 meters allows for a reduced steel construction to a minimum. It is easy to attach equipment like lighting, signs and/or conductor rails at BestaPower profiles C75, W5 and A180 with no need for additional hardware.
Can other media (gases) be used instead of compressed air?
The BestaPower system is made for the energy supply of electric, data and compressed air. The integrated compressed air pipe of the A62, W5 and A180 system is not suitable for other gases like welding gas, oxygen for breathing, or vacuum.
